Tapestry Health Patient Portal
Patient Portal is a secure, convenient, and easy way to access your health information and online scheduling for certain appointment types. Here are some other things you can do with our portal:
-View and pay account statement online.
-View your lab and test results.
-Update your demographics.
-View upcoming and past appointments.
-View your immunization history.
Our portal is accessed through the Healow App. Click the button below to access the portal.
If you are a Tapestry patient and do not have a portal account with us, please call your clinic to set one up.
Types of appointments that you can schedule with the patient portal include:
-STI screenings (with or without symptoms)
-Routine testing for STIs such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich, syphilis, HIV, or hepatitis.
-Birth control (start of follow-up)
-Consultation or renewal of birth control methods like pills, NuvaRing or patch.
-PreP (start or follow up)
-Gender Affirming Hormones (GAH) follow-up for established clients.
Please note that some appointments need to be made over the phone call at this time, those include:
* Initial GAH visit or transfer of care
* IUD or Nexplanon insertions
* Pap smears and annual exams
***For symptoms we recommend an in person visit as not all care can be done via telehealth.
