Tapestry Health wants to send your (knitted) uterus to Congress! Following the success of our Uterus Knit-In, we have decided to continue mailing knitted uteri to politicians as a way of showing support for women's health amid attacks on family planning. HOW You can give this unique gift in one of two ways: 1. Buy a knitted uterus for $15, and we'll mail it on your behalf to the politician of your or our choosing, whichever you prefer. WHY
Tapestry Health is the sole recipient of Title X, the only federal grant program for family planning services, in western Massachusetts. Yet, congressional and presidential candidates threaten to eliminate this vital funding. By giving a uterus to one of them, you will say: Here’s a womb of your own. Now take your laws off mine!
