Tapestry Health and our fellow Masachusetts Family Planning Association members had a fantastic time at our 2012 Advocacy Day on February 29th. For this event, providers and clients met at the State House to encourage lawmakers to provide adequate funding for family planning. 

The following received awards for their support of family planning: Sen. Michael Knapik (R-Westfield), Sen. Therese Murray (D-Plymouth), Sen. Susan Fargo (D-Lincoln), Sen. Jennifer Flanagan (D-Leominster), Rep. Ellen Story (D-Amherst), Rep. Jeffrey Sanchez (D-Boston), Rep. Patricia Haddad (D-Somerset),  and Rep. Alice Wolf (D-Cambridge).

Your help is essential now. Contact your legislators and tell them to support level-funding for family planning (line item 4513-1000) at $6 million!
